ASH MIRROR

Ignore Caroline (the photographer)’s feet - it’s the mirror we are trying to show here.

This was made to go in a hallway with an ash staircase. Seeing as the staircase is in Scotland, and the photographer and I are in Leeds, we couldn’t realistically take a photo “in situ”.

I took photos when I was in Edinburgh visiting the client. We discussed with them what influences we wanted to take from the hallway to incorporate in the design - hence the choice of ash, the shape of the top mouldings, and so on.

To give you an idea of scale, it is 60cm high and 30cm wide.
